A LITTLE NOTE HERE ABOUT THE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
2 6.5 oz cans clams (Read instructions below first)
2-3 c finely diced potatoes
1/2 c. finely diced celery
1/2 c finely diced onion
1/2 c butter
1/2 c flour
1 1/2 t Salt
1/2 t sugar
1 qt half and half (I prefer just mixing my own cream and milk)
pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
Drain juice from clams and pour juice over veggies in sauce pan adding enough water to barely cover and simmer until potatoes are tender about 20 minutes. Melt butter then blend flour and cook for 2 minutes boiling. Add cream/milk mixture and cook. Stir until smooth and thick then add to un-drained veggies and clams and heat. Do not boil.
