Here is my new favorite salsa recipe. It is really difficult to mess this one up. There is lots of room for variation.
From the kitchen of: Cambrie Nelson
INGREDIENTS:
1 can black beans (dranined)
1 can sweet corn (drained)
1/2 purple onion (or a small white onion)
4-8 tomatoes chopped
1 t cumin
1/2 bunch cilantro
Salt and pepper
1/2-1 lime juiced
1 avacado
Italian dressing
INSTRUCTIONS:
Chop and mix everything. Add italian dressing last until salsa is juicy enough (about 1/3-1/2 cup?)
