Ate this for breakfast every day of my mission along with cracked wheat cereal (bird seed). I still like it.

**UPDATE: Use the Instapot for cooking the eggs: RECIPE HERE
INGREDIENTS:
1 Hard boiled egg
Heat 1 or a group of eggs in a saucepan
When the water *starts* a rolling boil, turn the heat OFF
Let sit for 15 minutes in hot water
Rinse immediately in cold water a couple of times
The newer the egg, the harder to peel when boiled FYI
Mayonaise....has to be mayo...Miracle Whip won't do
LOTs of pepper
A tiny bit of salt (it's easy to over salt it as the eggs already taste a little salty)
Dill weed or chopped up dill pickle
Toast with Canola Harvest on it (or butter if you must)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Smush the bejeebers out of the egg & mayo & salt & pepper
Mix in the dill
Spread on toast
Snarf
Wash down with drink of moo juice
MAKES: one piece of boiled egg toast. I refuse to call it "egg salad"...there's nothing salad about it.
