London Broil

You don't need to use a London Broil cut of meat, I prefer a better quality steak
To make this Marinade:
1/4 c salad oil
1/2 cup sherry cooking wine
2 T soy sauce
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1 t. garlic powder or minced garlic (I think I put more in)
Marinade for 24-48 hours before BBQing it. Make sure you baste it well while cooking, (I have even been known to take the leftover marinade and cook it down to pour over it on my plate. Love it!
