INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 c water
1 T yeast
1 t. salt
1 T sugar
3 1/2-4 c flour
1/4 stick butter
1-2 cloves of minced garlic
Dash of salt
Parmesan cheese
Dried parsley
INSTRUCTIONS:
Knead until mixed.
Roll out 1/2 inch thick.
Place on cookie sheet.
Take pizza cutter and cut "sticks".
Melt 1/4 stick butter and mix in 1-2 cloves of minced garlic and a dash of salt.
Let bread sticks rise (about 20 min).
Brush with garlic butter and cover with Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle with dried parsley.
I usually do it at 425 for about 10 minutes.
