Spam Fried Rice (GF)

Spam is pork...right....I think?

INGREDIENTS (amount depends on how much you want to make):

• Cooked and cooled rice...you decide how much

• A couple of scrambled eggs

• Some spam, cut in little cubes

• Some onion

• Frozen peas and carrots

• Sauce of your choice.  Tonkatsu (Japanese) is good: http://bit.ly/IaTrTr

  • If you wanna make your own, use soy sauce, sugar, ginger, and some sort of fruit or another

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cook the eggs & set aside

2. Cook the onions and spam together until starting to get crispy

3. Add the sauce and fry some more until the sauce starts to turn into a glaze

4. Remove from heat and add the rice and eggs and stir

5. Eat
