Almond Cream
INGREDIENTS (no substitutions):
One cup unsalted almonds (does not need to be organic).
Two cups filtered water
1/2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS:
Put one cup unsalted almonds (does not need to be organic) in a blender that is high power. Put two cups of filtered water in there and pulse for a moment to break up the almonds and then you have to let hi them soak for a while.
At least a couple of hours after you've broken them up. when they're soft enough you can blend The Living Daylights out of it so it turns into a more creamy texture. (If you use blanched almonds then it looks right but I just use regular non-organic unsalted almonds.)
Add one half tablespoon of pure maple syrup mix it up and it's done
