Boston Baked Beans

INGREDIENTS:

• ½ lb. bacon

• 1 onion, chopped

• 1 bell pepper, chopped

• 2 large cans pork and beans

• 1 tsp. dry mustard

• ¾ cup brown sugar

• ½ bottle catsup (small, about 2-3 cups)

• 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

• 2 Tbsp. molasses

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Cut bacon in pieces and brown. 

• Mix the remaining ingredients with the bacon and pour in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. 

• Bake in 300 degree oven for 3 hours.

MAKES: one 9 x 13 pan full
