This is from the Boren's "Chicken Crepes" recipe. Having never had chicken crepes, I'm just putting the crepes part here. You fill it with whatever leftovers you want to fill it with. I prefer fruit, lemon juice, powdered sugar, etc.

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 C. Flour
1 C. Milk
1/4 C. Water
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbs melted butter
3 eggs
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend well and refrigerate for one hour.
Pour into cake pan and dip heated crepe maker into batter, or pour 1-2 Tbs batter into hot 8-inch silverstone no-stick skillet and swirl quickly to make crepe.
Turn crepe over in about 20 seconds.
Cook 5-10 seconds more.
Remove from pan or crepe maker
MAKES: There's a note on the top of the recipe that says "1 1/2 recipe made about 26-28 crepes"
