Rosemary and Garlic Potatoes (GF)
Simple and delicious.

3 lbs. red potatoes
¼ - ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried rosemary (or 1 Tbsp. fresh)
1 tsp. dried thyme

INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash and half (or quarter, depending on the size) red potatoes.
Place in a big mixing bowl and add olive oil and spices.
Stir until evenly coated.
Place in a single layer on a cookie sheet with parchment paper and bake for 425 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown.
