"My doctor told me to quit throwing dinner parties for 4 unless there are 3 other people - [sigh]" - Gramps
The entire purpose for this "recipe" is to have a record of how long we cooked it for next time . . . 'cause we can never remember how much is too much or not enough.
From the kitchen of: Humanity (& Brett/Katie)
Lay out some tin foil. Double layer seems to work pretty good.
Chop up potatoes/carrots/lots of onions and put it in
Put some hamburger in there
Salt and pepper it good
Wrap it up, one layer at a time, trying to seal it up as much as possible with the tin foil
Don't forget the tongs or gloves or something to work with it in the fire
Burn wood
Knock it down to the coals
Put the food on the coals
Flip it over some time in the middle
We cooked ours for about 13-ish minutes total. It worked. And they were a lot bigger than the ones pictured here, FYI.
Remove from fire, smother with Ketchup, and eat.
