Ham and Cheese Calzone

INGREDIENTS:
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 1/2 t dried oregano
1 1/2 t black pepper
3/4 c fresh Parmesan cheese
2 1/4 c mozzarella cheese
Some chopped ham to taste -- about 3/4 cup is good
Pizza dough or ready to bake pizza crust, rolled into 7-8 inch circles
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix ingredients through the ham well.
Spoon some of the mixture into the center of like a 7-8 in circle of rolled out dough. wet the edges of the dough some so it will stick, then fold the dough over the cheese and seal the edges.
Bake at 400 for 8 minutes, then turn over and back 7 or so more.
Serve with Pizza sauce.
