MOM SENT THESE WITH DAD ON HIS MISSION IN A SHOE BOX. SHE MET HIM AT THE AIRPORT, HANDED HIM A SHOE-BOX FULL OF THE BARS, AND HE PROMPTLY GOT ON THE AIRPLANE. THAT'S MOM'S SIDE OF THE STORY ANYWAY :)

INGREDIENTS:
4 Eggs
3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
3/4 Cup Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix egg yolk & sugar and then add flour.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Grease & flour bottom of 8x8 pan, Bake 10-15 minutes @ 375° (Or double the recipe and do in a normal cake pan)
Cut in cubes/bars, ice with vanilla frosting (all sides) and dip in crushed salted roasted peanuts.
It helps to freeze the bars before you frost them to make them more manageable.
