Tartar Sauce
I will never buy tartar sauce again. This stuff is delicious! Serve with the Baked Fish Sticks.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 T sour cream
1/4 t dried dill (I didn't have any, so I put in extra dill pickle, and it was fabulous)
1/2 t dried parsley
1 1/2 t finely minced onion
1 T minced dill pickle
1 pinch seasoned salt
1 t fresh lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and stir well to combine. Chill at least 1 hour before serving (the longer the better; make ahead if you can!)
MAKES:about a cup's worth? Enough to serve with the baked fish sticks recipe.
