Lunch Salad

My typical lunchtime consist of organic salad with my Italian dressing recipe on top of it. I dress it up with avocados and olives and that usually has some purple onion and some grated organic carrots. And I put sunflower seeds or chopped almonds on the top. My nuts do not have to be organic. I cannot eat the kind of Italian dressing you buy out of the store. Have to be with my recipe. Organic apples, almond milk, pear sauce followed by liberal amounts of almond butter to finish filling up.
