HEALTH SNACKS MANUFACTURING METHOD USING NATURAL ENZYMES AND WHEAT
PURPOSE: A producing method of health supplementary snacks using natural enzymes and whole wheat is provided to use offer pharmaceutical effects of the enzymes to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of health supplementary snacks using natural enzymes and whole wheat comprises the following steps: mixing fruits and vegetables in a ratio of 1:1 before fermenting for 2-3 months, and pressurizing the mixture to a mesh for removing sludge; aging the obtained liquid for more than 1 year to obtain vegetable or fruit enzymes; mixing the enzymes with water to obtain mixed water for baking; pulverizing germinated whole wheat to obtain whole wheat flour; mixing 55-65wt% of whole wheat flour and 0-15wt% of brown rice powder to obtain a main ingredient; and mixing the main ingredient with bay salt, other additives, and the mixed water, and producing snacks using the obtained mixture.
