Process for manufacture of baked goods promoting health
Baked goods, such as bread, are manufactured from starting mixture of cereal, such as wheat flour, water, yeast etc., to which crushed and dried leaves or part leaves of hemp, or extracts of hemp, especially hemp fibre, are added before kneading, rising and baking. Roasted and milled seeds or seed cases, or extracts of these are preferred further additives. Germinated seeds may also be included. High content of cellulose and fatty acids promotes health.
