Mystic Lineage

You are born with a tattoo, marking, or some special identifying feature.

You can cast a single spell without being a magic-using class, and are considered a Spellcaster for the purpose of learning new spells (however this doesn't qualify you for occupations like Mage which still require Arcane Background).

This can only be taken during character creation.
