Though most have a rudimentary understanding of how to use a weapon, you have actively trained to become better with your weapons and develop your own techniques.
Weapon Focus: Choose a weapon group (simple, sword, polearm, axe, bow, etc.) and you gain a +4 bonus on attack rolls with weapons of this weapon group.
Weapon Specialization: Choose a weapon group (simple, sword, polearm, axe, bow, etc.) and you gain a +2 bonus on damage rolls with weapons of this weapon group.
Weapon Mastery: Choose a weapon group which you possess both Weapon Focus and Weapon Specialization in. Double the bonuses granted by these talents for that weapon group.
Deadly Weapon: Choose a weapon group you already possess Weapon Mastery and which you have Competent Rank or higher in. Critical hits are triggered with this weapon on an unmodified roll result of 27 or higher instead of a natural 30.
Unbreaking Weapon: Once per day you can call upon this ability to negate any damage to integrity your weapon would suffer from. This only applies to weapons belonging to weapon groups you have Weapon Focus in. This cannot be used to negate Integrity damage suffered from critically hitting.
All or Nothing (Simple Technique): When making an attack roll, you can spend additional Stamina as if you were making multiple attacks but instead gain a +5 bonus to your attack roll. If you do this, you cannot make more than one attack roll this turn.
Diverse Skillset: If you possess Weapon (Simple) as a skill, you can use it on any weapon type - not just simple weapons. The bonuses from Weapon (Simple) however are halved for non-simple weapons. For example, being Apprentice Rank in Weapon (Simple) and using the skill on a sword would only grant a +1 bonus, not a +2.
Severing Strike (Simple Technique): On a critical hit with a called shot to the arms or legs you can choose to sever the limb completely. This can only be performed with a slashing weapon.
