Horde Orcs are those most populous within the Siberian wastes, and stretching across the land into Russia. Because of this, they pose a constant threat to Russian villages. Horde Orcs are what most individuals think of when they hear of 'Orcs'.
Physical Description
Horde Orcs are imposing standing around 6'5'' on average and typically possessing well-built bodies. Their skin color ranges from green to a pale brown color, and their hair is often black or dark brown. Tusks jut out from their lower jaws, their length growing with their age - the oldest of Orcs having the longest tusks. In addition to this their voices are often deep, lending more to their already intimidating presence.
Personality
Although viewed as savage brutes and little more than animals, Horde Orcs are sophisticated killers and honor war as a necessary aspect of life. Their own death is always just around the corner, and because of this they seek to go out in a blaze of glory in the hopes their gods may notice. Outside of battle they are notably gruff and speak very little, preferring a company of few to enjoy a drink with.

Bull Orcs are also found within Siberia, but also extend into even lands such as Bohemia and the Holy Roman Empire. They are large, tough, and aggressive, and are known for their massive tusks.
Physical Description
Stout and standing at around 6'2'', Bull Orcs range in skin color from a chestnut tone to an ashen black, their eyes almost always being a dull brown. Their hair and tusks grow more than their contemporary Horde Orc counterparts, the tusks of Bull Orcs growing to an impressive size and sharpness at adulthood and remaining as such until their death. Often, Bull Orcs will tattoo areas of their body which have been scarred as a means to draw attention to the scars, as well as using it as a symbol of status and renown.
Personality
In line with their name, Bull Orcs often pick fights with anyone they can and for any reason they can find. This behavior is less about violence and killing, but instead as a means to assert dominance and ensure their status as alpha over others. Such fights also include arm wrestling matches, drinking competitions, and duels. Respect from a Bull Orc is only truly gained by showing no fear in response to their threats or outbursts.

The shorter and more mischief driven Orcs who live within the Slavic lands and even into Celtic Ireland, they care less for death and more for pranks. They are usually outcasts in Orc societies, and choose to linger on the edges of other towns or castles, or even start their own Goblin village.
Physical Description
Standing at around 3'6'' on average, Goblins typically possess green skin and red eyes as well as long pointed ears and noses bent into odd angles. Their mouths are crooked and reveal many small and sharp teeth. Unlike other Orcs, Goblins are more deft and agile than they are physically strong, using their natural height to their advantage.
Personality
Due to their erratic and primal nature, Goblins are enjoyed by few species, and fewer choose to associate with them if they have a choice. Their penchant for pranks doesn't help their public image, however those who can look past these pranks often find Goblins to be well-mannered when they wish to be, and honorable if the situation calls for it.

Diverging from Goblins long ago, Hobgoblins are more war-like more inline with how other Orc subspecies are, however unlike their other kin the Hobgoblins are more organized - choosing to form complex social structures and kingdoms in order to consolidate military power against their enemies.
Physical Description
Hobgoblins are around 5'8'' in height and possess rotund physiques not too dissimilar from Dwarves. They rarely grow their raven black hair out, preferring to trim it short or shave it completely off. Hobgoblins typically have yellow cat-like eyes, contrasting with their grayish skin. Their ears are pointed like Goblins, but unlike Goblins their faces are otherwise more like that of an Orc without his tusks; gruff and well toned.
Personality
Culturally Hobgoblins are incredibly militaristic, viewing theirs as an endless struggle against the horrors of the world which seek to destroy them. Everyone is a potential enemy, and allies are to be cherished and kept at all costs - lest they fall in the hands of the enemy and turned against you. This paranoia makes them distrusting of most people, even among their own kin.

Krekdar are the cave-dwelling orcs, rarely seeing the light and preferring their own kind over perceived 'outsiders'. They have more similarities to Ogres due to this, causing them to gain the unfortunate nickname of "Orger", meaning "dung pile" in Orkish.
Physical Description
Krekdar stand at around 10'6'' on average, and don't tend to possess any hair. Their physique is tall and plump, with big bellies that are hard as rock (contrary to their appearance) and arms like that of tree trunks. Krekdar possess tusks as well but these tusks have an unfortunate side effect of slurring their speech due to their size in comparison to their jaw.
Personality
Krekdar are outcasts among outcasts, not accepted by other Orcs, and sometimes bizarrely other Krekdar don't wish to associate with their own kind. This self-loathing creates a strange hatred and admiration for the outside world, wishing to interact with it but also hating it for the way they treat the Krekdar. Above all else they love to eat in big quantities, and those who do integrate into society are often stage performers who show off how much they can fit into their gullet.

Beastly "feral" Orcs who feed on other species much like an undead; favoring brains, spleens, hearts, and livers above all else. This has given them the association of being as dark and evil as undead, being called "Satan's Orcs" by the Catholic Church.
Physical Description
Blood Orcs stand at a similar height to Horde Orcs (around 6'5'') and possess similarly thick muscular frames. Where they differ is in their facial structure and features. Not only do they lack tusks, but their lips are always exposing their teeth in a snarling-like expression, their pitch black eyes giving them the look of a demon.
Personality
Considered feral due to their practices, other Orcs attempt to distance themselves from the Blood Orcs due to their savagery. Despite their perceived barbarism, Blood Orcs treat the consumption of others as a ritualistic sacrifice of flesh, making a sacrifice to their gods before seeking the next battle. Those who control their lust for flesh instead seek out meats from animals - as much as they can kill to offer to their gods in place of the flesh of sentients.

Valarian Orcs are not as brawny as some of the human-sized Orc subspecies, however their ability to formulate schemes are unrivaled by other Orcs. Often they serve as tacticians for those who are willing to utilize their brutal brilliance.
Physical Description
Valarians are strange in the fact they look closer to humans despite their Orcish ancestry. Their faces are often slimmer and tusks less well pronounced. In addition to this, their hair and eye colors are a bit more varied (including blonde and ginger hair as well as blue and green eyes, both being uncommon among normal Orcs). Despite their perceived weakness, Valarians aren't too far off of an average human.
Personality
Wiser than their appearance first gives off, Valarians utilize their wit and understanding of battle strategy to take advantage of their fellow Orcs and their brutal fighting style, often knowing how best to utilize such viciousness. Outside of this though, Valarians are incredibly calm and polite individuals, enjoying strategy games like chess as well as reading on history. This desire for understanding makes them more approachable than other Orcs in the eyes of other species.
