Rather than hunting people, these individuals take to fighting monsters and creatures which roam the countryside and who prey on people like themselves.
Must have taken Bounty Hunter at least once, Nature (Beasts) Trained Rank or higher
Monster Hunters increase these skills;
+1 Rank to Nature (Beasts), Direction Sense, Aim, Sight, Brawling, and Weapon (chosen type).
Monster Hunters receive the following skills;
Fishing and Trapping at Trained Rank.
Logic, Research, and Remember Detail at Competent Rank.
Monster Hunters do not receive any special equipment.
Monster Hunters increase their wage by 45 Silver.
Monster Hunters are trained to hunt down creatures terrorizing citizens and costs 8 TP in order to take it as a Promotion to the Bounty Hunter.
Monster Hunters also do well when combined with any Vagabond or Warrior occupations.
Monster Slaying: Choose a creature type (except Humanoid), and against this type of creature you deal an additional 2d6 points of damage against creatures of that type. By spending 10 MP you can instead magically enhance your weapon against that creature type, instead dealing bonus damage equal to 2d12 per point of Common Sense you possess.
Survivalist: Increase your maximum HP by 5 and maximum Stamina Points by 5, and gain a +2 bonus to Physical Defense and Bodily Defense.
