Driving and managing carts, wagons, and other land-based vehicles.
Ability Score(s): Agility
Usage: Normally checks are made either while in combat, or in order to see the efficiency of a long journey.
Combat Usage
Accelerate: The vehicle moves at its movement speed on a successful DC 25 Drive check. On a failure it only moves at half speed.
Decelerate: The vehicle slows down to a pace of at maximum half its move speed on a successful DC 25 Drive check. On a failure it keeps moving the same speed as it was previously.
Wide Turn: Attempting to move the vehicle at a 90 degree angle during its movement takes a DC 50 Drive check. On a failure the vehicle topples over to the ground and becomes stationary until it is set back up again. The driver and animals also fall prone and take 3d8 points of bludgeoning damage (unaffected by armor).

Quicker Travel: This usage attempts to decrease the time it takes to move overland. In order to do this a Drive check must be made at a minimum DC of 25. On a successful check you reduce the time it takes by 1 hour (or half time if it is less than 1 hour). And for every 2 points you get over the original DC, you decrease the time it takes by an additional hour to a maximum reduction of half the time it would originally take to arrive at the destination.
