Usage: This is a check against an opponent's Mental Defense. On a success, they are intimidated into listening to you - this may not necessarily mean they are going to obey what you say but you have their full attention regardless.
Alternatively you can combine a usage of Intimidate and Trickery or Intimidate and Persuasion to coerce someone into begrudgingly acting friendly towards you for a limited amount of time (up to the GM), giving them veiled threats or simple gestures to keep them in line but not being threatening enough for them to be able to do anything about it legally.
This can be used in combat free once per round to reduce a target's Resolve by 1d8 points. This increases by +1d8 for every 5 points you beat their Mental Defense by.
