Usage: Used for performing surgeries, taking care of injuries with a combination of first aid and medical items.
First Aid
Once per day outside of combat you can help an ally recover 2d4 Hit Points. This roll is equal to DC 25 plus the target's missing HP.
Malpractice
You can attempt to intentionally botch a surgery to cause harm to an unwitting subject. This is as per a First Aid roll but adding their current HP instead, and a Trickery roll must be rolled as well to hide the malpractice. On a successful malpractice roll, they instead take 2d4 points of Hit Points damage.
