Rods

Rods are simple shafts smaller than a staff but longer than a wand which usually have a precious gemstone at the head. Rods serve as "magical batteries", allowing its wielder to take MP from them in order to fuel their own magic. Though some magic items can have this done to them already, Rods are specifically made with this purpose in mind.

All rods individually weight 1 lbs.

Quarts Rod: Rods with a polished crystal quarts at the head. Quarts Rods possess a total of 15 Magic Points. They cost 80 silver.

Copper Rod: Rods made entirely of copper with no gem on the head. Copper Rods possess a total of 25 Magic Points. They cost 1.5 gold.

Ruby Rod: Rods made which have a precious ruby sat atop the head. Ruby Rods possess a total of 40 Magic Points. They cost 4 gold.

Jade Rod: Rods made entirely of jade with various smaller gems encrusted on the shaft moving up to the head. Jade Rods possess a total of 75 Magic Points. They cost 9 gold.

Diamond Rod: Rods which have a precious 14 caret diamond sat atop the head. Diamond Rods possess a total of 150 Magic Points. They cost 15 gold.
