Usage: Use this for removing lice. More often than not this is used by an individual whose job it is to remove lice, rather than because someone in the adventuring party is themselves suffering from it.

For a successful lice removal (a roll above a 20) you receive 1d6 Silver, and usually you have between 1 - 3 customers per day (amounting to 1d6 - 3d6 Silver per day).
