Black market and criminal enforcers are those who ensure payments from deadbeats are given to their boss(es).
Must have taken Cutthroat at least once.
Enforcers increase these skills;
+1 Rank to Hide, Silence, and Weapon (Chosen type).
Enforcers receive the following skills;
Intimidation, Acting, Etiquette, Trickery, and Sanitize Crime Scene (see below) at Competent Rank.
Enforcers receive business clothes appropriate with the organization they are apart of (if any).
Enforcers increase their wage by 50 Silver.
Enforcers use their skill and expertise to get what their boss wants, with or without physical force and costs 8 TP in order to take it as a Promotion to the Cutthroat.
Enforcers also do well when combined with any Vagabond or Warrior occupations.
Unexpected Strike (Simple Technique): This weapon technique costs 2 Stamina to perform, and upon doing so the target makes an opposed Initiative roll against you (3d10 + Reaction + miscellaneous bonuses that apply to initiative). On a failed roll they are considered to be Flat-Footed at Severe Intensity against your attack. If you fail your roll however you are Flat-Footed at Moderate Intensity against the opponent until your next turn.
Sanitize Crime Scene: Enforcers take extra precautions to make sure their work looks like an accident, or cannot be traced. That is, assuming the results of their work is found at all. Treat this as a skill check which uses Precision and Common Sense. Anyone attempting to find clues towards who the murderer is, or attempting to discover the body must roll their appropriate Sense skill versus the result of the Enforcer's Sanitize Crime Scene check.
Sanitize Crime Scene starts at Competent Rank, and can be increased in its proficiency like other skills, including by taking Enforcer as an occupation again.
