The following are new skills added that can be taken, or are offered by some of the new occupations.
The usage of computers beyond the standard usages.
Ability Score(s): Reason + Common Sense
Type: Knowledge Skill
Usage: This skill can be used for various tasks related to computers. Finding information on the internet uses the Research skill instead, adding Computers as an exchange, this skill however can be used for finding information within file systems within a computer. Computers can also be used to beat the security system of a computer, which means the DC of the check increases by 10 for each step of security beyond none.
Computer Security Levels: None, Minimal, Moderate, Strong, and Extreme
Computers checks do not need to be made for simply browsing the internet, or for simple usages (such as using programs). Starship computers can hail other ships and activate sensor arrays without making checks as well.
This is the practice of tampering with and operating explosives.
Ability Score(s): Precision + Reason + Common Sense
Type: Knowledge Skill
Usage: Setting and tampering with explosive devices. This is not used for the actual creation of the explosives, that would fall under Chemistry.
Set Explosive: You must make a Demolitions check in which you set the DC (minimum of 10). On a successful check versus the set DC, you are able to set the device and anyone attempting to disarm the device must make their own Demolitions check against the DC you had previously set.
Maximize Damage: You can make a Demolitions check in order to place an explosive in a specific spot to maximize damage. Attempting to do so is a DC 20 check, and on a successful roll the explosive deals double its damage to the structure it's placed on. On a 40 or higher, the damage is instead tripled.
Disarm Explosive: In order to disarm explosives with Demolitions, you must make this check versus the Set DC (minimum of 10) chosen by the person setting the device previously.
When making any Demolitions checks, a failure by 5 or more causes the explosive device to go off instead.
This is used for operating heavy machinery such as cars and motorcycles.

Type: Physical Skill
Usage: Routine driving checks do not require driving; driving is useful however for driving in dangerous circumstances, engaging in races, or trying to outrun someone in a car chase.
Driving is also used for aquatic vehicles.
The usage of vehicular weapons such as mounted machine guns, tank cannons, or starship ordinances.
Ability Score(s): Precision + Agility
Type: Combat Skill
Usage: Gunnery is similar to the Weapon skill, but its functions and usage are specific to mounted weaponry. Gunnery weapons do not critically hit unlike the Weapon skill, and cannot critically miss. However, Gunnery weapons can malfunction depending on certain circumstances.
Technical and practical knowledge which allows you to create electronic and complex mechanical contraptions.
Ability Score(s): Precision + Reason + Common Sense
Type: Craft Skill
Usage: Used for crafting mechanical objects such as cars, computers, starships, and so on.
This can also be used to repair said objects similar to how Blacksmithing can be used to repair weapons and armor.

Piloting large vehicles such as starships and planes.
Ability Score(s): Precision + Reaction
Type: Physical Skill
Usage: Piloting is used similarly to Driving but instead of using it for ground vehicles pilot is used for starships, planes, and other air and space-based vehicles.
