Reading lips.

Ability Score(s): Intuition

Usage: "Reading" lips and what a person is saying from afar. When making a Read Lips check, you must be within 12 squares (4 squares in bad weather) in order to utilize the skill. This check is made against a DC 30. This DC increases by +20 if the individual is attempting to mask their lip movements.
