Knowledge of the wilderness.
Ability Score(s): Intuition
Usage: Knowledge of the wilderness and its inhabitants, Wilderness Lore covers multiple areas of concern and the player can attempt to learn about them.
Imitate Animal Sound
Attempting to imitate an animal sound requires the animal sound to first be able to be replicated by a human (for example echolocation cannot be attempted, but an elephant's trunk noise is viable even if done poorly) and requires a DC 30 check to do so accurately enough to seem accurate.
Indigenous Animal Lore
You can attempt to discern if an animal is indigenous to your local region or a region you're attempting to gather information on. This is a DC 20 check for your local area however a DC 45 check is needed for areas outside of your local area. "Local Area" in this case is a place you've been living in for at least 2 weeks.
Find Edible Plants
Checking a region by scavenging and checking bushes you can try to find any edible plants nearby (including berries, fruits, and vegetables) allowing you to determine what to eat and what not to eat. This is a DC 30 check with the DC increasing by 20 in barren areas (like a snowy tundra or a desert).
Disguise Scent
When you run the risk of being tracked by scent, you can attempt to disguise your smell from those with strong noses. You can use Wilderness Lore prior to being smelled, and in doing so you can create a DC the creature must beat a Smell check against, and later they must use your DC if they wish to try and sniff you out.
