Sages must have a 3 or higher in all Intellect and Wisdom sub-ability scores, must have taken Student at least once, and must be of the old age category (if applicable)
Sages receive the following skills;
+1 Rank to Language (Read/Write): Native Language, Math (Fundamental, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry), Research, Logic, Anatomy, History (Cultural, Local, Military, Legends), Remember Detail, Herbalism, Heraldry, Symbology, and Toxicology.
Sages receive the following skills;
Law, Languages (Read/Write/Speak): Choose three, and Music at Trained Rank.
Ritual, Teaching, Divination (Choose three), and Wilderness Lore at Competent Rank.
Sages receive the following equipment for their job; five books of their choice, and a blank journal of their own.
Sages increase their wage by 40 Silver.
Sages are valuable to the villages and towns they live in, capable of teaching and also giving guidance to others and it costs 8 TP in order to take it as a Promotion to the Student.
Sages also do well when combined with any other Scholarly occupations.
Perfect Recall: Sages are able to utilize Remember Detail as an exchange on any skill they choose to roll (except for on skills being used as an attack roll).
Powerful Mind: Sages add a +4 bonus to their Mental Defense, and for every additional time they take the Sage occupation this increases by 1.
