The art of imbuing magic into objects rather than casting it is a long practiced art, culminating in the creation of magic items.
In order to enchant items to give them magical properties, characters must either be a spellcaster or possess abilities allowing them to craft magic items like a spellcaster. This is due to not only requiring Magic Points but also requiring an understanding of the arcane and how to bind power into a single source.
Imbuing however is the name given to the action of making an item absorb your Magic Points in order to enchant it. You can't imbue if you are at 0 MP or below and are unable to overcast in order to imbue. Imbuing an item takes time equal to 1 minute per point of MP you need to imbue into the item.
In order to create the enchanted item you must make an appropriate craft DC as listed in the item's description.
The Base DC is determined by the type of coinage needed; Silver, Gold, or Platinum.
Silver Pieces: Base DC 20
Gold Pieces: Base DC 30
Platinum Pieces: Base DC 40
After finding the Base DC, increase the DC by an amount equal to amount of Magic Points stored within the magic item. Thus an item worth 1 Gold with 10 MP would be a DC 40.
