Warriors who have trained with the use of polearms, mastering their unique fighting style.
Impale (Polearm Technique): Spend 2 Stamina on an attack and if your polearm has reach you are able to make an attack against two targets who are adjacent to each other. If the first target is hit they take an additional 1d6 Penetration (if your weapon already possesses Penetration, it instead adds a +1 to the Penetration damage), meanwhile the second target (if hit) only takes half damage. If the weapon possesses any Penetration, the second target receives only half the Penetration from it as well.
Swiping Frenzy (Polearm Technique): With a weapon which possesses two different damage types (such as the Bec de Corbin with a piercing and slashing attack), you can treat the weapon as if it had Backswing if it didn't already. However, rather than spending Stamina to perform this weapon technique, you instead choose to reduce your Physical Defense by 5 until the beginning of your next turn.
