Review Red Words and Green Words

Math: 2-digit addition

Please Note: There is a mandatory parent signature that is required on a daily basis for the remainder of the third and fourth quarter. Nightly reading is also required.

Reading:

We will continue to read the genre of humorous fiction this week. Our story is, "Officer Buckle and Gloria." Our vocabulary words are as follows: obeys, safety, attention, buddy, station, speech, shocked, enormous.

Continue to read "Homeward Bound" books each evening for twenty minutes.

Math:

For the remainder of the school year we will continue to review all 2nd grade common core math standards with an introduction to several 3rd grade common core standards. Please continue to practice math facts, fractions, geometric shapes, and counting money, including the one dollar bill.
