The first round of the Cadbury Leinster U21FC takes place on Wednesday 23 February, with four games down for decision.

Carlow v Wicklow, Carlow IT Grounds (7.30)

Meath v Dublin, Pairc Tailteann, Navan (7.30)

Westmeath v Laois, Portlaoise (7.30)
