Club AGM
This year's Club AGM will take place on Friday, November 29th at 8pm in Mount Temple Community Hall. Nomination and Motion papers are available here and from executive members. The AGM is a very important event in the club calendar as key Executive positions in the club for 2020 will be filled and plans for the year ahead for various club activities will be discussed. A large attendance of club members and new members is anticipated on the night.
School’s Football
Moate Community School played out a dramatic 1-12 each draw away to Scoil Mhuire Clane on Wednesday last. Caulry were well represented with a large contingent namely Thomas Dunning, Adam Donoghue, Ciaran Gaynor, Glenn Carolan, Rory Mullins, Luke Buckley, Alan Malynn, Tom Cloonan, Roan Sweeney.
It was great to see Roan back on the playing field after a long injury lay off. Unfortunately top scoring Alan Malynn suffered an injury and we wish him a speedy recovery.
The next round is an all local Westmeath clash with neighbours Athlone Community College in what should be another closely fought encounter, provisionally for Wednesday next, December 4th.
