3Ma 1:1 Ὁ δὲ Φιλοπάτωρ παρὰ τῶν ἀνακομισθέντων μαθὼν τὴν γινομένην τῶν ἐπ' αὐτοῦ κρατουμένων τόπων ἀφαίρεσιν ὑπὸ Ἀντιόχου, παραγγείλας ταῖς πάσαις δυνάμεσιν πεζικαῖς καὶ ἱππικαῖς, καὶ τὴν ἀδελφὴν Ἀρσινόην συνπαραλαβών, ἐξώρμησεν μέχρι τῶν κατὰ Ῥαφίαν τόπων, ὅπου παρεμβεβλήκεισαν οἱ περὶ Ἀντίοχον.

219 Theodotus returns as Governor, but soon joins Antiochus III & tries to kill Ptolemy IV, thwarted by Dositheus (Iouda-belonged) who anticiplated it and had the king's physician sleep in the king's place.

219-218 Ptolemy IV, trying to show gratitude to Iouda-belonged, inadvertantly trespasses their sacred area, resents being scolded, contemplates tyranical measures.
3Ma 3:1-7:23
217-216 Ptolemy IV focuses on battle at Raphia and after winning it pursues tryannical measures upon Iouda-belonged.
