Slow cooker beef stroganoff

serves 4

1 lb stewing beef, cut into cubes

1 lb sliced mushrooms

1 onion, diced

1/2 cup apple juice

1 tbsp (or 1 cube) beef bouillon

2 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup sour cream

Add ingredients except sour cream to slow cooker and one cup of water. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Just before serving, add sour cream.

Serve over egg noodles.
