Grapefruit Mimosa

Serves 1

2 oz St-Germain Elderflower liqueur

4 oz pink grapefruit (use Farmboy's if you can)

4-6 oz sparkling rosé wine (I use Pixie)

Mix and serve with a slice of pink grapefruit.
