Luanne's Mushroom and Chicken Quiche

½ cup 10% cream 

½ cup milk 

4 eggs, beaten 

1 tbsp Dijon mustard 

Pepper to taste 

1½ cup cooked chicken, diced 

1 ½ cup shredded swiss cheese 

1 cup sliced mushrooms 

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese 

1 pie shell crust 

Preheat oven to 350. 

Mix cream, milk, eggs, mustard and pepper until combined. Layer chicken, mushrooms and Swiss cheese in crust. Pour in egg mixture over and sprinkle with Parmesan. 

Bake for 40-50 minutes.
