Cream of Broccoli Soup

6 oz margarine/butter

1.5 cups chopped onion

3/4 cup flour

7 cups chicken broth

4 cups Rich's Coffee Rich

2.5 lbs frozen broccoli spears

2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

6-7 tbsp lemon juice

Melt butter in large pot. Add onions and saute until soft.  Add flour and mix around.  Slowly add chicken broth, stirring to reduce lumps.

Add coffee rich and broccoli, bring to a bowl.

Puree and add lemon juice.  Serve.
