Asparagus and Black Bean Salad

1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into small pieces, steamed slightly

16 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 red pepper, cut into pieces

1 small onion, finely chopped

Dressing

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

2 tbsp vinegar

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cumin

1 clove garlic, minced

Mix vegetables, then dressing. Pour dressing over vegetables and let sit for 4 hours.
