Stuffed Medjool Dates

24 Medjool dates

4 oz soft goat cheese (get it to room temperature)

48 pistachios

sea salt and fresh ground black pepper

smoked paprika (optional)


Use a knife to slit the dates lengthwise, remove pits. Use a spoon and fill with goat cheese.

Crush pistashios roughly.

Top dates with a sprinkle of black pepper, sea salt and a bit of paprika. Add pistachios.
