Matador

Ingredients 

2 oz tequila

1 oz triple sec

1 oz lime juice

2 oz pineapple juice

pineapple wedge (for garnish)

Directions 

Half fill shaker with ice.

Add tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and pineapple juice. Shake well.

Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.

Garnish with pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
