This one is really good!
6 rice paper sheets
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp water
Preheat oven to 400 and get a big sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all ingredients together.
Have a flat plate with water. Dip rice paper sheet in water (both sides), put on a flat surface and cut into strips with pizza cutter. Then dip the pieces into the mixture, placing the strip on parchment paper. Put in hot oven for 8-9 minutes - not longer. Remove and let sit for a minute before using.
