Homemade Spaghetti Sauce

2 lbs minced beef from a butcher (NOT THE GROCERY STORE) 

2 large cans Unico crushed tomatoes 

½ cup to ¾ cup red wine 

2 tbsp sugar 

2 tbsp garlic powder 

½ tbsp dried basil 

½ tsp oregano 

1 tsp onion powder 

Saute beef until all pink is gone and make sure break up so in very small pieces. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer on low for at least 2 hours.
