1 can chickpeas
2 tbsp dill relish
half of a red onion, diced
1/2 cup black olives
1 cup frozen peas and carrots, defrosted
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp dried dill
Tomato and lettuce for the sandwich
Mix everything together and stuff into the pita with tomato and lettuce.
