Apple Cider Vinaigrette

4 servings

• 1/3 cup olive oil

• 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

• 1 tablespoon honey

• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

• 1 clove garlic, minced

• salt and pepper , to taste

Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together.

Pour into a serving jar and enjoy. Or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
