Easy Homemade Ice Cream

300ml can sweetened condensed milk

2.5 cups whipping cream

1 vanilla bean, scraped (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)

Mix cream until stiff peaks (can do it by hand or with a mixer). 

Add vanilla bean to condensed milk and mix.

Fold condensed milk into cream, mix.  

Line a tin (8 x 11 or 9 x 13) with parchment paper and fold in mixture.  Freeze for about one to two hours. Cut into squares and serve.
