Drunken Noodles

Serves 4

One package of wide, flat rice noodles

1/4 cup vegetable oil

12 garlic cloves, minced

1.5 lbs ground chicken

1/4 cup fish sauce

1/4 cup black soy sauce

1/4 cup Golden Mountain sauce

1 tbsp sugar

4 plum tomatoes, quartered

1 green pepper, sliced

Cook noodles in a pot of salted water until tender but firm.

In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.  Add garlic and chillies, sauté 30 seconds.

Add chicken and next four ingredients and sauté until chicken is good through, about 4 minutes.  Add green pepper and sauté for 2 minutes.  Add noodles, toss to coat.  Serve.
